To ensure the highest quality of service and maintain a smooth shooting schedule, the following policies apply to all booked sessions:
Late Arrivals
- Grace Period: Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. There is a strict 15-minute grace period from your scheduled start time.
- 15+ Minutes Late: Arriving more than 15 minutes late significantly impacts the workflow and setup for your shoot. At this point, the session will be considered a late cancellation. Your initial deposit will be held, and you will be required to reschedule your session for a future date.
Cancellations
- Notice Required: If you need to cancel or adjust your session date, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Emergencies: Unforeseen, genuine emergencies (e.g., severe medical emergencies or accidents) are the exception. These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if the deposit can be transferred to a new date.
Rescheduling
- If your session is canceled due to a late arrival or a late cancellation without a qualifying emergency, you will need to initiate a new booking. A new deposit will be required to secure your rescheduled date on the calendar.
