If you are not familiar with TFP, it stands for Time for Photos. This is also often referred to as a "Trade" shoot. Ultimately, it is when you and the photographer receive something valuable for your time, and no money is exchanged.
I love photography, and while it is great to get paid for doing what I love. I also enjoy doing TFP shoots. This is especially true for more creative and fun shots with different lighting styles, sets, etc. This gives me something a bit more unique to add to my portfolio. The subject should also expect to receive something more than standard shots.
